Poker History - The Origins of Texas Hold'em

Whilst poker has taken the planet by storm, it is one type of poker in particular which has been foremost in the rise of the game - Texas Hold'em. The prevalence of Texas Hold'em in the US isn't limited to the average poker player but is evident among the seasoned veterans and professional players aswell.
