The truth is it's not much not the same as any other type of advertising, most definitely not the likes of gambling, and so forth. They need to involve some sort of appeal and be competitive. My conclusion is that even though it looks like it may be a scam, research your options anyway and it may not be. It just depends. Some things are signs, but in my opinion web design and hard selling are not direct signs of a scam. Though in forex something to hope for would be charts and proof.
